Lake Arrowhead is a gated mountain-lake community near Waleska where life runs on lake time — docks, wooded lots, and homes that range from weekend cabins to full-time residences. Bathrooms here take a particular kind of wear: sandy feet, wet towels, and months when a second home sits quiet. They need materials and builds that forgive all of it.
Custom Tile Showers for Lake Living
A custom tile shower built for lake living starts with what you cannot see. We waterproof the entire assembly — pan, walls, bench, niche — so seasonal use and humidity never find a way in. Then we finish with tile that shrugs off sand and lake water: textured porcelain floors for grip, large-format walls that wipe clean. Walk-in designs keep the room open and eliminate the curb that traps grit. As a custom shower installer in GA, we build Lake Arrowhead showers to look right on arrival weekend and stay right through the off-season.
For cabins becoming full-time homes, a full bathroom remodel reworks the room for daily life: better layout, real ventilation, and storage that fits. As a bathroom remodeler in GA, we plan every bathroom renovation at Lake Arrowhead for the way the house is actually used, weekends and weekdays alike.
Full Bathroom Remodels at Lake Arrowhead
The original tub-shower combo in many lake homes is the first thing to go. A tub to shower conversion near Lake Arrowhead gives the bath a proper walk-in shower — easier to clean after lake days and far more pleasant to use.
Compact cabin baths and powder rooms get efficient, durable updates: floating vanities, easy-clean tile, and lighting that suits wooded interiors. Small rooms, done properly, make a lake house feel effortless.
Small Baths and Powder Rooms
Working with part-time residents is something we do well. Consultations can start with photos and a video walkthrough, selections can be finalized remotely with samples shipped to you, and progress updates come with pictures so you always know where the project stands. When you arrive for the weekend, the work speaks for itself.
Material choices for a lake house lean practical: porcelain that does not mind sand, grout that resists staining, fixtures in finishes that handle humidity. We will steer you toward surfaces that look good on Friday arrival and still look good Sunday departure, season after season.
Tub to Shower Conversions
And when the project is done, we walk it with you — in person or over video — checking every tile, every fixture, every line of caulk before we call it finished.
